Our Force Multiplier program takes a cohort of leaders through four domains of leadership impact: self, team, organization, and industry. Cohorts are limited in size to allow maximum participation. Each segment lasts about 90 days and has a series of challenges, experiments, ideas, and frameworks for the group to explore (either on their own or with others). Segments can be completed individually or sequentially. This program creates peer-to-peer and group accountability to facilitate impact at all levels.

The purpose of this cycle to is to answer the question: How can be a stronger leader? You will work through optional activities or processes to develop your leadership capacity and capabilities. The deliverable is a Leadership Dashboard and personalized action plan to use throughout the entire program.
To optimize scaling, global, and work-from-home cultures we have customized our leadership curriculum for remote delivery. The intent is to facilitate skill acquisition at the individual, team, and organizational levels.
